主要研究方向为相变储热材料高性能化设计及寒区水利工程低碳建造与控温应用等方面研究。发表高水平SCI论文40余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文16篇,包括5篇ESI高被引论文和1篇ESI热点论文,申获国家发明专利2项,担任《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》等中科院一区 top 期刊通讯审稿人,担任国际期刊《Materials》、《Coatings》特刊客座编辑。
